Governance Strategic direction of Atlantic Pacific Bank is initiated by an eight-member Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of seven outside Directors and the President and CEO. Collectively, our Board has over 50 years of bank directorship experience. Living throughout the various communities of the Bank’s service area, our Board of Directors are active participants in many professional and civic associations. Long standing relationships with many businesses and professionals in the area have acquainted the Directors to the financial needs of the business community.
